Mr. High graduated at the top of his law school class in 1980 and has over 40 years of trial experience. Mr. High is a member of the “Million Dollar Advocates Forum”, which is limited to attorneys who have collected an award or settlement in the amount of One Million Dollars or more. Mr. High is also a member of the “Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum”, which is limited to attorneys who have collected an award or settlement in the amount of Two Million Dollars or more. Mr. High obtained a Three Million Dollar ($3,000,000) medical malpractice settlement in 2007 for a patient that suffered an anoxic brain injury in a V.A. Hospital. Hicks v. USA, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Tennessee, case #03:05-0980. He also obtained a settlement in excess of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) from a closed head injury suffered in an automobile accident. Buchanan v.Tennessee Wine & Spirits, et al, Davidson County Circuit Court, case #01C-918.
